Our Mission:
ContinuCare Outpatient believes that your comfort and health are of the utmost importance. We take the necessary time to determine your individual needs and then provide the highest possible level of personal, one-on-one care. Our objective is to assist you in obtaining your desired activity level, and to do so in a professional and nurturing environment.
